Community

Rules.
. Be respectful of yourself, other members, and this community as a whole.
. No flaming. No trolling. No degrading comments towards yourself or others.
. Everyone is welcome, regardless of your weight or fitness level.
. That being said, please do not join this community if you are under the age of 18. Alli is for sale only to those over the age of 18.
. If you would like to post pictures, please put them under an lj-cut. You may want to keep picture posts friends-only, as well.
. Remember, it is always adviseable to talk to your doctor before beginning any weight loss program. Likewise advice you get from members on this board is no substitute for the advice of a physician.

Always welcome:
+ recipes, healthy snacking ideas
+ workout routines, gym reccommendations
+ progress pictures, stories
+ discussion, advice
+ words of encouragement

Never acceptable:
+ being a jerk. don't do it; you get one warning and then you're gone.

I've joined. Now what?
Introduction posts are a great way for everyone in the community to get to know you, so please make one when you join. Feel free to tell us a little bit about yourself. You can include your stats (height, weight, and goal weight) or your BMI, if you'd like.

We all know how difficult it can be to make healthy and lasting changes to your life. Heck, we're all in the same boat. So let's have fun, be there for each other, and celebrate our new healthier lifestyles!
